ITBFX AI (https://ai.itbfx.net) is an internal AI assistant operated by ITBFX for its own team members. Access is by invitation only.
If you choose to connect your Google account, ITBFX AI requests only the following permissions: create and open files that you create with the app (drive.file), read and edit Google Sheets (spreadsheets), read and edit Google Docs (documents), and your basic profile (email address and name) to identify your session. The app cannot browse, search or read files in your Google Drive that were not created through it, unless you paste a link to a specific Sheet or Doc you have access to.
Google data is accessed only when you ask the assistant to perform an action, and only for that action. Your Google authorization tokens are stored encrypted on ITBFX's own server and are used solely to perform the actions you request. They are never shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party, and are not used for advertising or to train AI models. ITBFX AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your chats are stored on ITBFX's own server so you can return to them. Messages are processed by the AI model providers ITBFX has contracted (Anthropic and Google) to generate answers. ITBFX administrators can access stored data for support and security purposes.
You can disconnect Google at any time from the assistant's connector menu or from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; this removes the stored tokens. You can ask ITBFX to delete your account and data at any time.
